Qualificações

Mission of the Role: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing expert guidance on HR practices to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Objectives of this Role:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing expert guidance on HR practices to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Optimize organizational structures to align with strategic goals, ensuring well-defined roles and responsibilities that maximize effectiveness.
  • Continuously evaluate and adapt team structures to maintain agility and responsiveness to shifting market conditions.
  • Implement career development and succession planning initiatives to build a robust leadership pipeline, ensuring long-term organizational continuity.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent, aligning recruitment efforts with business needs.
  • Manage performance processes to recognize and reward top performers, fostering motivation and driving improved business results.
  • Champion a culture of continuous feedback, enabling employees to grow and perform.
  • Leverage data and workforce analytics to develop HR strategies that address business challenges and strengthen the team’s ability to achieve objectives.
  • Actively engage in and lead cross-functional projects that extend beyond the traditional HR scope. This includes collaborating with various departments to drive strategic initiatives, improve processes, and contribute to organizational innovation and growth.

    Key Year One Deliverables:
  • Build trusted partnerships with tech center and manufacturing leaders to establish HR as a strategic advisor.
  • Analyze and optimize organizational structures, roles, and spans of control.
  • Launch a development program for plant managers focused on operational excellence, leadership, and decision-making.
  • Implement succession planning to identify high-potential talent and develop leadership pipelines.
  • Drive the adoption of the OKR methodology and refine performance management to align with business goals.

    Key Performance Indicators:
  • Organizational Design: Clarity of roles, span of control, and hierarchy optimization.
  • Business Impact: Influence on productivity, achievement of business outcomes, and completion of strategic projects.
  • Customer Feedback: Stakeholder insights and effectiveness of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Talent Management: Quality of hires, retention rates, reward differentiation, eNPS, leadership succession planning success, and OKR compliance/achievement.

    Qualification, Experience, and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development; MBA preferred.
  • Over 5 years of HR experience in a strategic HR partner or leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including talent management, succession planning, organizational design, and performance management.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
