A leading HR consultancy is seeking an HRIS Recruiting & Onboarding Functional Manager in Porto. This role involves leading the design and optimization of Recruiting and Onboarding processes within a global HRIS ecosystem. Responsibilities include developing performance KPIs, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with global HR models. Candidates should have 2-5 years of HRIS project experience, knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory, and ideally possess a related degree. Qualificações

• 2 to 5 years of experience in HRIS projects, ideally in a global environment.
• Experience in HRIS implementation projects, either in consulting or in-house.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Previous operational HR experience in Recruiting & Onboarding is a plus.

HRIS Recruiting & Onboarding Functional Manager - Porto (Híbrido - 2x office)

Our client is undergoing a major digital transformation and growth program, with Human Resources playing a central role. As part of this journey, a global HRIS landscape is being implemented across all countries and employees.

The HRIS Recruiting & Onboarding Functional Manager will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Recruiting and Onboarding processes within this global HRIS ecosystem.

Mission

Reporting to the HR Program Director, this role is responsible for leading the Recruiting & Onboarding functional stream, ensuring alignment with the global HRIS model, and delivering efficient, scalable, and user‑centric processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and manage the Recruiting & Onboarding Core Model, ensuring alignment with the global project roadmap (build & run phases)
• Design and monitor KPIs and dashboards for Recruiting & Onboarding performance
• Identify risks, anticipate roadblocks, and proactively drive resolution
• Lead testing and validation campaigns for data and processes
• Collaborate with Change/Business Readiness teams to develop and validate training and communication materials
• Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for:
  • Business stakeholders (BPOs and local SMEs)
  • Technical integrator teams
  • L3 incidents related to Recruiting & Onboarding processes
• Contribute to HRIS support model, including incident management and reporting
• Conduct benchmarking and market analysis on Recruiting & Onboarding best practices

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in HRIS projects, ideally in a global environment
• Experience in HRIS implementation projects (build and/or run), either in consulting or in-house
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
  • Information Technology
  • Human Resources
  • Business Administration
  • Finance or similar
• SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is mandatory
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
• Previous operational HR experience in Recruiting & Onboarding is a plus
