Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields;
• Proven experience in recruitment and selection, preferably across multiple organizational levels;
• Solid knowledge of interview techniques and competency-based assessment;
• Experience with talent sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus;
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
