Overview

Location: Felgueiras, Felgueiras, PT | Job Family: Human Resources | Country/Region: Portugal

The HR Process Owner defines, controls and manages all People & Culture processes within Coloplast Manufacturing Portugal. The processes are linked to the challenges and needs of all People & functions, namely talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, training and talent development.

Your challenge will be
  • Define People & Culture processes, timelines and workflows
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure processes’ effectiveness and track progress
  • Continuously identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement within People & Culture processes
  • Train, coach and influence all levels of organization on People & Culture processes
  • Ensure GDPR (RGPD) compliance
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT teams, employees, and external vendors
  • Collaborate with Coloplast Manufacturing Portugal leaders to drive continuous improvement across the assigned domain and influence senior leadership to achieve People & Culture goals through appropriate processes
The successful candidate will have
  • Education: University degree in Human Resources, Management, or other related field
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Portuguese and English
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Available to travel up to 30 days/year in 2025 and up to 20 days/year in subsequent years
Nice to have
  • Experience with ISO 9001 standards
