A growing international HR firm is seeking an HR Manager in Portugal to lead the HR function and support its international workforce. Responsibilities include recruitment, compliance with Portuguese labor law, payroll management, and talent development. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of labor laws and is fluent in Portuguese and English.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management/HRBP role.
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor law.
• Fluent in both Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with managers & employees across all HR topics.
