Ayming is seeking a seasoned IT program leader to drive the HR IT Transformation, expanding to Finance IT applications from 2027. The role requires coordinating with HR, Finance, and IT teams across multiple countries to deploy Workday HCM and related modules.

You will manage milestones, governance, and change management, shaping a multi-year HR & Finance IT roadmap in alignment with group leadership. English fluency is essential; French is a plus.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in IT program or project management.
• Ability to navigate between HR business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Structured communication and ability to report to senior sponsors.
• Multi-country deployment experience.
• Willingness to expand the scope of the role.
• English fluent; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR IT program transformation and Workday deployment milestones (config, testing, data migration, go-live, hypercare).
• Coordinate with Workday integrators and internal teams (HR, Finance, IT, Data & AI).
• Manage cross-program dependencies with Finance and others.
• Ensure data quality on HR master data.
• Facilitate steering committees and report program status monthly.
• Support change management and adoption plans across entities.
