Forvia is seeking a motivated engineer to support Product Engineering and New Projects, helping optimize processes and drive improvements across the project lifecycle. You will assist in industrialization and series launch, attend project meetings, and help implement test and validation in production.

The role emphasizes continuous training in new projects, product engineering, and master data handling, with strong English proficiency and user-level IT skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Chemical Engineering.
• Fluent English.
• User-level IT skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking.
• Good communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Product Engineering and New Projects teams in daily tasks.
• Identify tools and methods to optimize processes.
• Support project managers from industrialization to life-series launch, participating in project meetings and testing/validation in production.
• Support teams in workshops to identify continuous-improvement actions and productivity gains.
• Track actions to completion of identified improvements.
• Pursue continuous training and develop skills in new projects, product engineering, and master data handling.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

1. 1- Apoiar a equipa de Engenharia de Produto e Novos Projectos no trabalho diário;
2. 2- Suportar na identificação de formas / ferramentas de trabalho que permitam a otimização de processos;
3. 3- Suportar os gestores de novos projetos em todas as fases dos mesmos, desde a industrialização ao lançamento em vida série, participando em reuniões de projeto e na implementação das ações de teste e validação na produção;
4. 4- Acompanhar as equipas que participam nos workshops no levantamento de ações de melhoria contínua e de produtividades;
5. 5- Acompanhar de todas as etapas que levam à conclusão das ações identificadas no ponto anterior;
6. 6- Formação contínua e desenvolvimento de competências nas áreas de novos projetos, engenharia de produto e tratamento de master data.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Licenciatura em Engenharia e Gestão Industrial, Engenharia Química ou similar;
• Conhecimentos de inglês (fluente);
• Conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador;
• Espírito Critico e capacidade analítica;
• Capacidade de comunicação.
