BorgWarner in Viana do Castelo, Portugal, offers an HR Internship to support the human resources team with basic administrative duties. You will gain hands‑on experience in master data input, time and attendance, report generation, and form processing within a globally operating company.

You’ll assist employees, answer questions, and refer issues to the appropriate resource while developing strong MS Office, Portuguese, and English communication skills in a safety‑ conscious, diverse work

Qualificações

• Techcnical course in related área (administrative)
• Bachelor and Master in related area (valued)
• Good MS Office knowledge - particularly Excel
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency level Portuguese (spoken and written)
• Good English language skills (spoken and written)
• Eligibility for professional internship by portuguese law.

Responsabilidades

• Master data input.
• Time and Attendance support.
• Generate reports and statistics.
• Generate forms and processing documents.
• Assist employees with questions or refers to appropriate resource.
• Provide support to generalist/specialist roles.
• Provide telephone support, mail distribution and other administrative duties to the HR department.
