BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems in Viana do Castelo, Portugal, is seeking a Maintenance Administrative (M/F/D) to manage spare parts, equipment data and maintenance planning on a fixed 8:00–17:00 shift. You will coordinate with teams and suppliers to ensure timely availability of resources, maintain accurate records, and support shopfloor operations.

Qualificações

• Specialized training in mechanics, electromechanics, electronics, industrial maintenance, automation.
• Previous experience in a similar role valued.
• Solid knowledge of machine operation: mechanics, pneumatics, electronics, electricity.
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manage spare parts administration, stock control, replenishment and records.
• Maintain database of maintenance equipment with location and status.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for availability.
• Support maintenance planning and resource coordination.
• Record maintenance activities in the system with accuracy.
• Process maintenance-related purchase requests and deadlines.
• Organize and safeguard maintenance materials, tools and equipment.
• Provide shopfloor support and inter-team communication.
• Promote standardization of maintenance processes (5S, Visual Management).
• Analyze maintenance KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Adhere to environmental, health & safety, quality standards.
