You will organise daily tasks, plan deep-cleaning schedules, and assist with stock management.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a similar position.
• Training or qualifications in housekeeping or hospitality (an advantage).
• Practical knowledge of cleaning, sanitisation, and team management techniques.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Executive Housekeeper in coordinating and supervising all activities within the housekeeping department, taking over their responsibilities in their absence.
• Supervise the housekeeping and public areas teams, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
• Oversee the cleaning and preparation of guest rooms, including the replenishment of amenities and supplies.
• Organise and distribute the teams’ daily tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
• Plan deep-cleaning activities and periodic maintenance interventions, and monitor the condition of equipment and furnishings.
• Assist with the management of housekeeping and laundry supplies and stock.
• Ensure clear communication between shifts and departments, particularly Front Office and Maintenance.
• Participate in the training and onboarding of new team members.
• Provide hands‑on operational support whenever necessary, demonstrating a strong team spirit and willingness to help.
• Ensure compliance with the hotel’s hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
