As a Housekeeping Manager at The Cloud One Hotels, you hold the responsibility of leading our Housekeeping team, setting the standard for cleanliness. You play a pivotal role in ensuring the comfort of both our guests and your fellow team members. Your primary focus lies in coordinating and overseeing operations within the housekeeping department. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing orders and deliveries for the housekeeping department
  • Collaborating with both internal and external cleaning staff
  • Crafting duty rosters and organizing holiday schedules
  • Upholding and implementing high housekeeping standards, maintaining cleanliness across all areas
  • Conducting internal coaching sessions, cross-training initiatives, and organizing developmental training courses for our Housekeeping staff
  • Expanding your knowledge through collaborative interactions within our multicultural team, offering insights into various cross-departmental roles
