Hotel Indigo Lisbon - Príncipe Real is about to open its doors, and we seek a Hotel Manager to lead the operation, inspire teams and deliver a distinctive guest experience aligned with the hotel's lifestyle positioning.

You will collaborate with Ownership and IHG, monitor KPIs, ensure service excellence and build strong relationships with local partners to position Lisbon's Príncipe Real as a premier lifestyle destination.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Hotel Manager or senior leader in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Strong operational and commercial experience.
• Experience in lifestyle or boutique hospitality is preferred.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Genuine passion for Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operation and overall performance of the hotel.
• Monitor key operational, commercial and guest satisfaction KPIs.
• Ensure consistently high standards of service, efficiency and quality.
• Deliver an authentic, personalised and memorable guest experience.
• Bring the Hotel Indigo concept and its connection to Príncipe Real to life.
• Build relationships with local partners, businesses and the community.
• Work with Ownership and IHG to ensure standards and legality.

As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operation and overall performance of Hotel Indigo Príncipe Real, ensuring operational excellence, a distinctive guest experience and the hotel’s lifestyle positioning.

We are looking for a leader with presence, charisma and a genuine passion for Lisbon — someone who can inspire teams and bring both the Hotel Indigo concept and the identity of Príncipe Real to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the day-to-day operation and overall performance of the hotel


• Monitor key operational, commercial and guest satisfaction KPIs


• Ensure consistently high standards of service, efficiency and quality


• Deliver an authentic, personalised and memorable guest experience


• Bring the Hotel Indigo concept and its connection to Príncipe Real to life


• Build, develop and inspire a high-performing team


• Ensure effective coordination and ongoing liaison with the partner responsible for the F&B Operations


• Help position the hotel as a leading lifestyle destination in Lisbon


• Build relationships with local partners, businesses and the community


• Work closely with Ownership and IHG


• Ensure compliance with IHG standards and all legal, safety and quality requirements

PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS

• Experience as a Hotel Manager, Director of Operations or in a senior leadership role within a 4★ or 5★ hotel


• Strong operational and commercial experience


• Experience in lifestyle or boutique hospitality is preferred


• Strong leadership and team development skills


• Guest-focused, quality-driven and results-oriented


• Fluent in Portuguese and English


• A genuine passion for Lisbon
