Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, parent of Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Cook (M/F) to join our team. You will handle mise-en-place, cooking, plating and presenting high-quality dishes to ensure guest satisfaction in a dynamic hotel environment.

An ideal candidate has 1-2 years as Kitchen Assistant, vocational hospitality/kitchen training, fluency in the local language and good English. You will work individually and as part of a team, maintaining cleanliness and HACCP standards.

Qualificações

• At least 1-2 years’ experience as a Kitchen Assistant, preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity.
• Vocational training in hospitality/F&B/kitchen.
• Fluency in local language is a must; knowledge of English is valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Elaboration, conservation and organization of mise-en-place for each service.
• Guarantee presentation, quantity and quality of each dish according to standards.
• Check and control proper storage of products; rotate to maintain quality (FIFO).
• Reception, conservation and organization of departure products.
• Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area.
• Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues.
• Contribute to departmental targets as part of the team.
• Follow health regulations and HACCP guidelines.
