Location: Portugal, Work from Home

Role: Hebrew Speaking Social Media Client Advisor

Salary Package: 1,478€ gross per month (including holiday bonus, performance bonus, and meal allowance) plus free accommodation, or 1,767€ gross per month without accommodation

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, 06:00 to 00:00

The Role

This position is with a leading global social media company, focusing on online marketing and advertising campaigns for SMBs. Responsibilities include providing pre- and post-sale support via phone, email, and live chat, resolving issues promptly, reporting bugs, guiding users on platform features, and handling payment and billing inquiries.
