Join a Social Media & Trust account in Lisbon, Portugal as a Hebrew-speaking Customer Support Specialist.

You'll help keep a major online platform safe by reviewing reports and applying platform policies.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 14/Sep/26, 31/Aug/26.

Day to day, you'll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Hebrew and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
