BlueView Talent in Porto, Portugal, seeks a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact across phone, email, and chat, delivering professional, personalized support on orders, accounts, products, and services.

You will work with an international team, stay up to date on products and policies, record interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly. Fluent Hebrew and English required; EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.

Qualificações

• Languages: Fluent Hebrew (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns while maintaining a positive customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.

Requirements
