Job summary

Crealis Group is looking for an HSE Specialist to strengthen Health, Safety & Environment at our industrial site. This hands-on role works with production teams and management to identify risks, implement preventive measures and improve environmental performance.

The role involves risk assessments, incident investigations, machinery safety, environmental compliance and training, with emphasis on practical problem-solving and clear communication with international teams.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification or degree in Safety, Environment, Engineering or related field.
• Previous HSE experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, machinery safety and environmental compliance.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Strong shop-floor communication skills and practical problem-solving approach.
• English for interaction with international teams.
• Experience in the cork, wood or similar manufacturing sector would be an advantage.
