A leading Insurtech company is looking for a highly experienced Health Insurance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join their team in Lisbon. In this fully remote role, you will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that product features reflect real-world health insurance operations. You should possess over 12 years of insurance experience, including at least 5 years in health insurance, along with a strong grasp of the end-to-end insurance lifecycle. Qualificações

• 12+ years of experience in the insurance industry with strong exposure to operations.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in health insurance.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and technical execution.

Responsabilidades

• Support product team with deep health insurance expertise.
• Translate insurance processes into product requirements.
• Design for maximum Straight-Through Processing (STP).
