Siemens Energy seeks a Head of Internal Controls – Technology & Digital Assurance to lead the control environment across critical technologies, ERP systems, and automated processes in Caparica, Portugal. You will drive continuous monitoring, digital controls, and analytics-based assurance, partnering with IT, Cybersecurity, and Data teams to mitigate technology risks and enable secure growth.

This role requires 10+ years in IT controls/digital risk with strong SoD and access-management

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT Controls, Cybersecurity, Digital Risk, IT Audit, Internal Controls, or Technology Assurance.
• Strong knowledge of ITGCs, cybersecurity frameworks, ERP systems, SoD, and access management.
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP, cloud, or digital transformation programs.
• Familiarity with data analytics, continuous monitoring, and automated control environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical risks into practical business solutions and strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the control environment supporting critical technologies, ERP systems, access management, and automated business processes.
• Drive adoption of continuous monitoring, digital controls, and analytics-based assurance.
• Lead assurance activities across IT general controls, cybersecurity, and segregation of duties.
• Partner with Digital, IT, Cybersecurity, and Data teams to manage technology-related risks.
• Support major ERP, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives through effective risk and control design.
• Identify opportunities to improve security, resilience, and compliance across critical systems.
• Enable innovation while maintaining a robust and scalable technology control framework.
• Foster a proactive approach to technology risk management and digital trust.
