Job summary

Talent hub career is seeking a Deputy Service Office Manager to support the holiday rental service office in Albufeira. This on-site role combines team leadership, operational coordination and customer communication to help maintain high service standards and contribute to a positive guest and owner experience.

You will supervise owner relations and guest services teams, monitor workflows, ensure revenue and occupancy targets, and coordinate with cleaning, maintenance and technical partners

Qualifications

Experience in customer-focused hospitality operations is valued.
Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.
Fluency in Portuguese and English; other languages a plus.
On-site availability in Albufeira with permanent employment.

Responsibilities

Oversee office performance and administrative operations.
Supervise the team responsible for owner relations, guest services and daily operations.
Collaborate with the team to ensure service continuity and operational excellence.
