Confidential is seeking a Head of Operations to build and lead the operational function for a regulated business at a formative growth stage. You will establish scalable processes, controls, and governance to ensure compliance from day one.

Open to candidates across Europe, with relocation to Gibraltar independently required; eligibility for local regulatory approval is mandatory. You will partner with Compliance, Risk, and senior leadership to scale safely.

Qualificações

• Experience in regulated environments with governance controls.
• Proven track record leading operations in financial/digital-asset settings.
• Willing to relocate to Gibraltar or Spain within 30 miles.
