Overview

We are searching for a Creative person at ease with organizing photo-shooting, real eye for detail and beauty. Main experience in Fashion, Lifestyle, Art, or F&B. Fast-Past > Non-Corporate environments.

On your plate
  • Define and implement the brand architecture and positioning across a diverse group of restaurants, hotels (& more to come).
  • Manage multi-brand portfolios and campaigns across markets
  • Lead the overall marketing strategy across digital, PR, partnerships, content, events, and activations
  • Oversee brand development — from identity to storytelling — ensuring alignment with creative and culinary vision
  • Manage and scale an in-house team (content, social media, and design experts) and coordinate external partners
  • Drive marketing strategies for new venues and initiatives in Lisbon, London, and future locations
  • Optimize budgets and marketing performance across projects
  • Collaborate closely with the Founder, Executive Chefs, Creative Team, and Operations to maintain a cohesive and engaging brand universe
Profile sought
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in brand and marketing roles, including at least 3 years in hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B sectors
  • Creative eye, sensitivity to details and Strong exigency for details.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-brand portfolios and campaigns across markets
  • Strong strategic and executional skills
  • Expertise in premium brand positioning, storytelling, and community building
  • Experience in founder-led or creative environments is a plus
  • Fluent or native-level English; Portuguese is a strong advantage
