As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to shape and lead our marketing strategy in the highly competitive online entertainment market. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of developing original, large-scale brand campaigns, with deep insight into Portugal and Portuguese consumers.

Role Overview

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for creating and driving bold, integrated marketing campaigns across all platforms—from digital to offline—that elevate brand awareness, accelerate customer acquisition, boost retention, and grow player lifetime value. This is a hands-on leadership role for a creative strategist and team builder who can balance originality with data-driven execution. You will not only design campaigns that stand out, but also build and manage the team and resources needed to deliver them at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for Lebull.pt, ensuring alignment with business goals and strict regulatory requirements.
  • Create, lead, and scale multi-channel brand campaigns (digital, CRM, sponsorships, partnerships, and events) that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term loyalty.
  • Oversee and optimize the marketing budget, balancing bold creative initiatives with performance-driven spend across paid media and retention channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, and customer support teams to deliver campaigns that are engaging, compliant, and player-focused.
  • Partner closely with CRM to strengthen loyalty and retention programs, maximizing player lifetime value.
  • Align with the Affiliate team to ensure acquisition strategies are consistent with brand vision and messaging.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on performance, providing actionable insights and clear recommendations to senior management.
  • Stay ahead of the market by monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates to keep Lebull.pt competitive and innovative.
  • Build, lead, and grow the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and high performance.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven track record of creating and delivering integrated brand campaigns across digital and traditional media (TV, sponsorships, partnerships, events).
  • Experience in managing multi-million-euro budgets and working with agencies (media, creative, PR).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, programmatic) and analytics platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and customer retention strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building or leading teams.
  • Strategic, original thinker with the ability to balance creativity and data-driven performance.
  • Educational background in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus, but proven results matter most.
  • Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience, but we value ambition, creativity, and impact over exact years.
