Responsibilities

Manage, coach and coordinate a software development team with accountability and continuous improvement.
Provide strong technical leadership and support the team in solving complex engineering challenges.
Evaluate team performance, deliver feedback and identify growth opportunities.
Promote engineering best practices, technical excellence and continuous learning.
Collaborate with Head of Engineering on capacity planning and project allocation.
Oversee the team supporting existing applications across multiple European locations; act as L3 support for production incidents.
