Hovione is hiring for a Cybersecurity leader to define and own the cyber defense strategy while leading a 24/7 team of SOC analysts. This role requires extensive experience in cybersecurity leadership, incident command, and strong knowledge of information technology. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise with CrowdStrike Falcon and a solid grounding in OT/ICS security concepts. Qualificações

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, with minimum 5 years in a leadership role within a SOC, CSIRT, or MSSP/CDMO environment.
• Proven experience as Incident Commander on major cyber incidents.
• Deep familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and threat intelligence operationalization.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the cyber defense strategy and operational doctrine.
• Lead a high-performing team of SOC analysts and incident responders.
• Drive continuous improvement of detection engineering and metrics.
