Hiscox is expanding its Cyber Fusion Centre and is seeking a Senior Blue Team Leader to enhance our cyber defence capabilities. This role is pivotal in protecting business-critical systems and improving detection and response processes.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Security Operations and Cyber Defence Strategy, alongside the ability to lead and mentor analysts. Desired certifications include CISSP, CISM, GCIH, or GPEN. This is a fantastic opportunity with strong international collaboration.

Qualificações

• Experience in Security Operations and Cyber Defence.
• Proven track record in leading and mentoring analysts.
• Strong knowledge in SIEM and Detection Engineering.

This is a senior opportunity for someone passionate about:

• Security Operations
• Cyber Defence Strategy
• Leading and mentoring analysts

You’ll play a key role in protecting business-critical systems, improving detection and response processes, and leading the initial response to cyber incidents within a global insurance business.

You’ll collaborate closely with:

• Cyber Delivery teams
• Security Engineering
• Senior stakeholders across the business

We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

• SIEM / Detection Engineering

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIH or GPEN are highly desirable.
