Oney is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Expert to lead our security program across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. The role emphasizes strategic vision, risk management, and technical leadership to protect our digital ecosystem.

You will steer incident response, threat monitoring, and secure development lifecycle while mentoring analysts and engineers. A strong blend of technical depth and business communication is required.

Qualificações

• 7-10+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in leadership.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security (Azure/AWS) and IAM.
• Experience in risk assessments and ISO 27001/GDPR/NIS2 is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the organization’s cybersecurity strategy and standards.
• Lead risk assessments and security maturity evaluations for compliance.
• Advise leadership on cyber risks and strategic mitigations.
• Oversee threat intel, monitoring, detection, and incident response (SIEM/EDR).
• Design secure architectures for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
