We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Almada Portugal. As Head Chef you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation cooking and plating
• Create new menus and dishes taking into consideration dietary restrictions and seasonal ingredients
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety
• Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of different cuisines cooking techniques and flavor combinations
