AquaNav in Faro, Portugal is seeking a skilled Head Baker to join our bakery team. You will develop and execute recipes for a variety of baked goods, supervise staff, manage inventory and ensure timely order fulfilment.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of professional baking experience, strong leadership, and a passion for quality. Multilingual applicants fluent in English and Portuguese are welcome; accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional baker
• Proven track record of creating high-quality baked goods

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with an expected salary of $1800 per month

The role may require working early mornings weekends and holidays
