Position Summary: Respond to guest repair requests, communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues, perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, inspect tools and machinery, carry equipment, identify and operate shut-off valves, maintain inventory, communicate daily activities, and display basic knowledge in areas such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, kitchen equipment, and energy conservation. Perform surface preparation, painting, drywall repairs, light bulb and filter replacements, troubleshoot and repair various equipment, and perform landscaping repairs. Follow safety policies, ensure professional appearance, maintain confidentiality, and support team goals. Assist guests and support accessibility needs. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, and reaching overhead. Use computers for work-related tasks and perform other duties as assigned.
