Job summary

Family Assist is seeking a skilled handyman to join our property maintenance team in Lisbon. You will perform a variety of tasks including basic repairs, installations, and general upkeep of our properties, on a full-time basis. The salary is 1,600 USD per month.

Responsibilities include repairing fixtures, installing furniture, inspecting properties, routine upkeep, inventory management, and coordinating with property managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in handyman or maintenance preferred but not required.
• Good knowledge of basic home repairs and tools.
• Strong communication with property managers and residents.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
