Job summary

Greenvolt Next Portugal, part of the Greenvolt Group, seeks an experienced HSE Technician to be the safety reference for Operations & Maintenance activities based in Venda do Pinheiro. You will spend significant time in the field supporting teams and contractors, driving safety excellence in PV installations, and focusing on electrical safety and work at height.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Health & Safety roles within industrial, construction, energy, or renewable energy environments.
• Solid knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices applicable to Operations & Maintenance activities.
• Experience in managing high-risk activities, particularly work at height and electrical works.
• Previous experience in photovoltaic, electrical, or industrial maintenance environments is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and implement practical solutions.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, incident investigations, and training activities.
