We are seeking a resourceful Guest Service Representative to join our team at Penha Longa Resort in Sintra. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to develop relevant skills in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Organizing, confirming, and processing guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Securing payments and verifying billing
  • Providing guests with information about rooms, hotel amenities, and local attractions
  • Preparing daily reports and communicating essential information to staff
  • Handling cashier duties and end-of-shift reports
  • Managing wake-up calls and emergency communications

Qualifications and qualities required:
