Job summary

PPOAR is seeking a motivated Concierge Assistant for our Almada location. You will greet guests, provide information about local attractions, and handle reservations and inquiries to ensure a memorable stay.

Strong English communication and organizational skills are essential. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required to support guest needs and the front desk team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival with information about the hotel and local attractions.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Assist guests with reservations for dining or events and arrange transportation or tours.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and assist other departments as needed.
• Monitor and address guest requests and issues to ensure satisfaction.
