ForceShield is seeking a friendly Concierge Assistant in Braga to greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and provide local information. You will take reservations for dining, shows, and transportation while ensuring guest requests are addressed promptly with a positive attitude.

This contract role requires excellent communication and basic computer skills, with English fluency as a must. Weekend and holiday availability is expected to support busy operations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out.

• Assist with luggage handling.
