bunch is building the operating infrastructure for the next generation of private markets. As a Senior or Staff-level Product Manager for Growth, you will lead a Growth squad to discover, validate, and ship products for upmarket funds and private equity managers.

You’ll start from real conversations with target accounts, not an inherited roadmap, and you’ll prototype quickly with AI tools to turn ideas into paid pilots and contracts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product with zero-to-one, revenue-generating outcomes.
• Experience operating at senior or staff level with ownership.
• Strong fintech experience and comfort with financial services complexity.
• Commercial mindset, ROI focus, and ability to speak with fund executives.
• Fluent with AI tools for research, analysis, and prototyping.
• Comfort with ambiguity and small, high-impact teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the Growth squad end to end: discovery, roadmap, build, outcomes.
• Identify target accounts, run discovery calls, demos, and POC scoping.
• Find recurring problems in upmarket accounts and drive high-ROI builds.
• Prototype quickly with AI tooling to turn ideas into tangible demos.
• Run experiments, killing losers quickly and doubling down on winners.
• Lead a small engineering team as an active product manager.
