Job summary

Hostinger is seeking a Product Growth & Partnerships Manager to own the affiliate growth strategy for a product. You will combine data, product knowledge, and commercial thinking to identify growth opportunities and turn insights into measurable business results while collaborating with Product Marketing and other teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building growth strategies, partnerships, or affiliate marketing initiatives.
• Ability to understand technical products and communicate their value to different audiences.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into business growth.
• Ability to analyze performance data and confidently work with metrics such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, and traffic quality.
• Experience collaborating across multiple stakeholders and influencing decisions through data.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels and how they contribute to overall business performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the affiliate growth strategy for one of Hostinger's products.
• Turn data into decisions by analyzing performance metrics.
• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with key affiliates.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with Product Marketing and other teams.
• Proactively identify trends and test ideas to improve affiliate performance.
• Set clear priorities and align stakeholders across markets and partner segments.
• Represent Hostinger externally and nurture relationships with strategic partners.
• Spend 30-40% of time in hands-on partner communications and data analysis.
