The role focuses on managing economics, budgeting, revenue recognition, and billing across engagements, with emphasis on forecasting and strategic financial analyses.

You will collaborate with the European finance team, support regional initiatives, and mentor junior colleagues while ensuring compliance with firm policies.

Qualificações

• 4-year university degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 7+ years of finance and/or accounting experience.
• Excel proficient (pivot tables, IF statements, VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting).
• Excellent project management skills; able to independently prioritize and manage multiple/ambiguous tasks.
• Collaborates effectively with others; communicates clearly and persuasively.
• First‑rate organizational ability and keen attention to detail.
• Experience in a professional services environment, working with various functions and colleagues at all levels preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide deep analytical support to manage the economics across the full engagement lifecycle.
• Forecast and analyses while making appropriate recommendations for stakeholders.
• Lead small projects and initiatives focused on performance and efficiency, ensuring compliance with firm finance policies.
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues; strengthen the regional/global finance network.
