EY in Lisbon invites a new graduate to join our Finance Transformation Team. You’ll work with engagement leadership to help clients improve financial performance and operational effectiveness through business advisory services.

You’ll develop skills through coaching and training, contribute to project reports, build client relationships, and collaborate with global teams in a diverse, inclusive culture. Availability to start in January is expected.

Qualificações

• Academic degree in relevant fields (Management, Finance, Engineering or Industrial Management) or similar.
• 0–2 years of work experience.
• Analytical mindset.
• Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments.
• Full English proficiency.
• Availability to start in January.

Responsabilidades

• Actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships.
• Participate in client engagements.
• Contribute to the successful execution of project work.
• Provide insights and ideas and assist in drafting high-quality project reports.
• Develop, maintain and strengthen client relationships.
• Keep abreast of current industry and economic developments relevant to the client's business.
• Use technology and tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance the delivery of services.
