As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will define, execute, and measure digital marketing strategies, focusing on high-impact channels and redefining lead lifecycles. The ideal candidate will have:

  • An experimental, data-driven approach with A/B testing and optimization tactics
  • A strategic vision with KPI analysis for marketing, sales, and business goals
  • Experience with complex B2B workflows, lifecycles, and third-party integrations
  • Experience managing paid campaigns with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Active Campaign
  • Project management skills using SCRUM, Agile, supported by ClickUp, Jira, or Trello
