Qualificações

• +5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or a closely related role within a technology environment
• Proven experience managing products across the full lifecycle—from launch through onboarding and adoption
• Experience supporting or enabling digital, self‑serve, or eCommerce driven buyer journeys
• Strong understanding of small business customers and their buying and usage behaviours

Responsabilidades

• Own end to product lifecycle for SMB products, from launch to onboarding and adoption
• Define product marketing strategies for digital, self-serve, and eCommerce purchase paths
• Shape product messaging across digital touchpoints to improve activation and conversion
• Enable sales and customer facing teams with launch, onboarding, and enablement assets
• Build scalable, measurable product marketing processes and governance
