Elevate Closerhire in Lisbon seeks a Greek-speaking content moderator to ensure platform policies and legal standards are met. This full-time role involves shift-based, 24/7 coverage and a fast-paced environment.

You will review user content, escalate issues, and stay current with moderation guidelines. We offer relocation support for international candidates, private health insurance, meal and transport allowances, and a vibrant multicultural office in the heart of Lisbon.

Formación

• Native-level fluency in Greek and good command of English (B2 level minimum).
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Background or understanding of e-commerce platforms.
• Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar area is an asset.
• Ability to handle sensitive content and work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Relocation

Accommodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment in Lisbon for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary. Inside Portugal - only available if candidates are coming directly from a competitor Health Insurance since day 1 for small amount, free after 6 months
