Rocket Stars in Lisbon is seeking Greek-speaking Content Moderators / Customer Support Specialists to help manage a global e-commerce platform. You will review and moderate content, respond to user inquiries, and uphold platform safety while navigating high content queues.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to make fair, objective decisions in a fast-paced setting. Fluency in Greek and familiarity with e-commerce ecosystems are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Review and moderate online content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
• Identify, investigate, and remove inappropriate or non-compliant content when necessary.
• Monitor and manage high volumes of content queues, especially during peak promotional seasons.
• Provide support related to e-commerce content, marketplace activity, and platform safety.
• Make rational and objective decisions based on internal policies and local market knowledge.
• Maintain accuracy and quality while handling large volumes of cases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes and ensure platform integrity.
• Deliver excellent service with empathy and professionalism when interacting with users.
