Dapper is looking for a Graphic Designer with a sharp eye and a pioneering spirit. Someone ambitious enough to help us build the #1 B2B marketing agency in the world.

As a Graphic Designer on our creative team, you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into visual stories, and your work will help bring our clients' brands to life across digital channels. We work with a diverse range of B2B businesses across the globe: from promising start-ups to fast-growing scale-ups, and beyond.

This job is for you if you:

• Have +3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a B2B context, fast scaling, or agency environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing your designs.
• Have a growth mindset, you give and receive feedback, seek improvement, and you like to test new approaches
• Don’t just execute, you ask “why” behind the brief and push for better outcomes
• Take ownership of projects while still collaborating effectively with your team and clients
• You are proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop. You can work on design tasks with a strong eye for detail and consistency
• You are organized, able to manage your time across multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. You are able to work independently across the full creative process, from concept and ideation to execution and final delivery
• You understand design principles (composition, typography, color, layout) and are able to create aesthetic and on-brand visuals for various formats
• You’re proactive in bringing ideas to the table
• You’re curious about implementing AI tools and workflows (Firefly, Midjourney, or AI-assisted editing/compositing) to improve speed, creativity, and productivity.
• You’re open to feedback and able to work collaboratively with designers, copywriters, project managers and marketers
• Bonus: You have experience working with After Effects.

Work setup

We work with freelance contracts with our colleagues in Lisbon. This means you are paid on an hourly basis, according to the hours you share with us that you have worked. We do provide more security than a pure freelance contract, as we work with a 30-day notice period (on both sides).

To ensure stability, we guarantee 40 hours of work per week, so that we’re working together on a full-time basis. On top of that, you’ll have access to a desk at our shared co-working space in Lisbon, giving you a collaborative and professional environment to thrive in.
