RELEX Solutions is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our Brand & Creative team. This remote role is open to candidates based in Portugal, supporting marketing, sales, and the wider organization with high-quality design across digital and print media.

You will collaborate with global teams, shaping imagery, and using AI tools to refine visuals while upholding a strong RELEX brand and visual storytelling.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, in-house or agency.
• Strong typography, composition, colour, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing for print, including production files.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with AI image generation and prompts.
• Interest in imagery and some experience art-directing visuals.
• Attention to detail and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Working proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Create on-brand assets for digital campaigns, social media, advertising, presentations, sales materials, and internal communications.
• Design printed materials for events and brand touchpoints, preparing production-ready files.
• Collaborate remotely with global marketing and sales teams to translate briefs into visuals.

• Use AI image tools and prompts to produce imagery that fits the RELEX brand.
• Maintain a high standard of design across channels and enhance brand distinctiveness.

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join RELEX's central Brand & Creative team. This is a remote role within our global team, open to candidates currently based in Portugal.

You will help bring the RELEX brand to life across marketing, sales, and the wider organization, creating thoughtful, high-quality design for a range of audiences and channels.

This is a varied role spanning digital campaigns, event materials, print, presentations, and other brand assets. We are looking for someone with a strong visual eye, sound design fundamentals, and a keen interest in imagery. You should be confident using AI image tools and writing effective prompts, while bringing the judgment needed to select, refine, and art-direct the results.

What you'll do:

• Create engaging, on-brand assets for digital campaigns, social media, advertising, presentations, sales materials, and internal communications.
• Design printed materials for events and other brand touchpoints, preparing accurate files for production.
• Collaborate remotely with colleagues across our global marketing and sales teams, as well as the wider RELEX organization, to turn briefs into effective visual work.
• Help develop imagery and visual concepts, from initial ideas and art direction through to final execution.
• Use AI image tools and prompting techniques to explore and create imagery that meets the brief and fits the RELEX brand.
• Maintain a consistent, high standard of design across channels while finding ways to make our brand more distinctive and effective.

What you'll bring to the table:

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, either in-house or at an agency, with a portfolio showing strong digital and print work.
• A strong grasp of typography, composition, colour, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing for print, including production requirements and preparing files for suppliers.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Practical experience with AI image generation and prompt writing, paired with a discerning eye for image quality and suitability.
• An interest in imagery and ideally some experience shaping visual concepts or providing art direction.
• Attention to detail, strong collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to manage a varied workload across teams and time zones.
• Working proficiency in English.
