Job summary

Revolut is looking for a Python Engineer to join the AI team and help build the core infrastructure powering our central platform used by scientists and engineers worldwide.

You will design, implement, and optimize scalable backend services for ML workflows, profile GPU-heavy workloads with PyTorch, and push memory-efficient, multi-GPU execution. This fintech environment offers fast-paced challenges and opportunities for significant impact.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating scalable backend systems.
• Experience profiling and optimizing ML workloads on NVIDIA GPUs.
• Understanding GPU memory hierarchy and CUDA execution.
• Familiarity with multi-GPU communication and Kubernetes.
• STEM degree with CS fundamentals, testing and observability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services for the AI lifecycle.
• Profile and optimize training and inference workloads on GPUs.
• Improve GPU utilization and memory bandwidth in multi-tenant environments.
• Implement mixed-precision, quantisation, and memory-efficient attention.
• Create benchmarks, tests, and guide teams on frameworks and GPU types.
