O candidato ideal terá experiência em Go, Kubernetes e práticas DevOps/SRE, participando ativamente no design, implementação e melhoria contínua de serviços.

Qualificações

• Experiência sólida no desenvolvimento backend e soluções cloud-native com Go.
• Experiência prática com Kubernetes, ambientes containerizados e arquiteturas cloud-native.
• Experiência com GitOps, Infraestrutura como Código, CI/CD e práticas DevOps/SRE.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar e orientar uma equipa de desenvolvimento cloud-native.
• Projetar, desenvolver e manter Kubernetes Operators, Controllers, APIs e tooling de automação com Go.
• Impulsionar automação de cloud platform via GitOps e IaC.
• Colaborar com unidades de produto como Bare Metal, Provisioning, IAM, Storage e Network.
• Contribuir para discussões de arquitetura e evolução da plataforma.
• Aplicar princípios SRE para confiabilidade e escalabilidade.
• Apoiar melhorias de CI/CD e iniciativas de industrialização da plataforma.
• Garantir segurança, desempenho e manutenibilidade.
• Participar na resolução de incidentes e melhoria contínua.
• Explorar evoluções em Rust quando aplicável.

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a

Senior Lead Go Developer

to join a strategic cloud transformation program within a sovereign cloud environment. In this role, you will provide technical leadership to a cloud‑native development squad while remaining deeply involved in hands‑on engineering activities. You will contribute to the design, development, and industrialization of cloud platform capabilities, leveraging Kubernetes, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, and Site Reliability Engineering practices. Working closely with multiple Product Units, you will help shape scalable, secure, and automated platform services supporting next‑generation cloud infrastructure.

What You Can Expect In The Role

• Lead and mentor a cloud‑native development team, promoting engineering excellence and best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain Kubernetes Operators, Controllers, APIs, and automation tooling using Go.
• Drive cloud platform automation through GitOps and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product Units including Bare Metal, Provisioning, IAM, Storage, and Network L2 teams.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, technical decision‑making, and platform evolution.
• Implement and promote SRE principles, focusing on reliability, scalability, observability, and operational excellence.
• Support CI/CD pipeline improvements and platform industrialization initiatives.
• Ensure cloud‑native solutions follow security, performance, and maintainability standards.
• Participate in troubleshooting, incident resolution, and continuous service improvement activities.
• Explore and contribute to Rust‑based developments where applicable and beneficial.

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

• Strong professional experience developing backend and cloud‑native solutions with Go (mandatory); experience with Rust is highly valued.
• Proven expertise in Kubernetes, containerized environments, and cloud‑native architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps/SRE practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience guiding technical teams in complex enterprise environments.
