Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Senior Lead Go Developer to guide a cloud-native squad on a strategic transformation program. You will design, develop and industrialize cloud platform capabilities with Kubernetes, GitOps, IaC and SRE practices, while hands-on coding remains a focus.

You will collaborate with Product Units to ensure scalable, secure platform services that support next‑gen cloud infrastructure across multiple domains.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong backend and cloud-native Go development experience.
• Proven Kubernetes, containerized environments, and cloud-native architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a cloud-native development squad; promote engineering excellence.
• Design, develop and maintain Kubernetes Operators, Controllers, APIs and tooling using Go.
• Drive cloud platform automation through GitOps and IaC methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product Units on platform evolution and reliability.
• Promote SRE principles focusing on reliability, observability and operability.
