Capgemini Engineering, a leader in engineering services, seeks a Senior Lead Go Developer to steer a cloud transformation program in a sovereign cloud environment. You will lead a cloud-native squad while hands-on coding the design, development, and industrialization of platform capabilities using Kubernetes, GitOps, and IaC.

Expect to mentor teams, drive reliability and performance, contribute to architecture discussions, and promote best practices across product units.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Software Engineering or related field.
• Strong backend development experience with Go and cloud-native solutions.
• Proven Kubernetes/containerized environment experience and cloud-native architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a cloud-native development squad.
• Design, develop, and maintain Kubernetes Operators, Controllers, APIs, and automation tooling.
• Drive GitOps and IaC to automate cloud platform capabilities and CI/CD improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Units to shape scalable, secure platform services.
• Promote SRE practices focusing on reliability and observability.
• Guide architectural decisions and platform evolution.
• Contribute to Rust-based developments where applicable.
