SISQUAL is seeking experienced professionals for our WFM Software Implementation teams in Porto. You will conduct detailed analysis of client needs, identify bespoke SISQUAL WFM opportunities, and lead the implementation to meet requirements.

Join a proactive, customer-focused team and configure SISQUAL WFM while collaborating with cross-functional groups. Frequent national/international travel and strong English communication are expected as part of delivering successful projects.

Qualificações

• Experience in software implementation projects, especially WFM and/or ERP solutions.
• Fluent English; strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently, nationally and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze client needs and identify opportunities to implement bespoke SISQUAL WFM solutions.
• Implement SISQUAL WFM and ensure client requirements are met.
• Configure and parameterize SISQUAL WFM according to functional and technical specs.
• Provide ongoing technical support and ensure satisfactory user experience.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
